What to look for in an inflatable company

Whether you rent from Roseville Fun Jump or not, we want to make sure your party is fun, safe and worry free. Below is a list of things you need to look for when renting with an inflatable company:

1. Make sure your inflatable company is insured. Even though it is not required in California, insurance is an absolute must. Roseville Fun Jump carries a $1Mil policy on all our inflatables and concessions. This is a requirement with most city's park and rec departments and it should be yours too.
2. Make sure the inflatable you are renting is designed and manufactured for commercial use. Be absolutely sure you are not renting something that can easily be purchased at your local store for $500 or less and designed to only last one season. When you rent from Roseville Fun Jump you will only get the safest, highest quality bouncers only available from the most reputable manufacturers.
3. Make sure the inflatable company doesn't skimp on their products. Look at the quality of the inflatables offered. Do they offer the correct themed bouncers? For example, do they offer "Dora the Explorer" or do they offer "Explorer Girl"; is it "Sponge Bob" or "Sponge Boy". Though a simple name change may not be a big deal and the kids may not know the difference, but if the company is willing to skimp on licensing and copyrighting, then they are most likely skimping on quality and safety.
4. Consider how they setup your inflatable. There are several steps an inflatable company must follow to insure a proper and safe setup. Make sure the technician stakes down your inflatable with the proper stakes. If the inflatable is setup on a hard surface, make sure the technician uses sandbags or other tie-down methods. If they don't have these items, SEND THEM PACKING!
5. Inquire about their cleaning procedures. Renting a clean inflatable is just as important as renting a safe inflatable. When you rent from Roseville Fun Jump you are guaranteed to have a clean unit. We always vaccuum and sanitize all our units after each use. We may also repeat the process prior to the rental as grass, leaves and dirt sometimes get trapped inside while folding and rolling the units for storage. We have had a number of customers comment on our cleanliness compared to other rental companies; and we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
6. Evaluate steps 1 through 5 again. When an inflatable rental company follows these easy steps, you are sure to have hours of safe, clean, worry free fun for all! To help illustrate the point, feel free to watch this video regarding inflatables from a company that at a minimum did not follow steps 3 and 4 and perhaps other steps as well.

Thank you for considering us for your next party.
